Hi Mike,

Just wanted to thank you again very much for the "fine" work that was done on our '96 Dodge Caravan (white, rear right corner). It looks so nice and not a sign that it had ever been hit. Actually looks much better than before where the clear coat was peeling off! You all did a great job.

Also, thanks for the prompt service and especially for the coupon for oil change at AJ's. We do business with AJ's all the time and find them to be a super group of folks there too.

When and if we ever need body work again......you will see us at your door!

I wanted to say thank you for the work you've done on my 2001 accord. Its devastating (to me anyways) to drive around with a crunched up car- especially if it wasn't my fault! A coworker told me that when I was on vacation someone called my work from CBW for a survey/ask how I feel about the work done on my car. It was done beautifully- cant even tell it was hit! (which would be the point, right?!) Ive had my car fixed through your company several times and have your main phone number programmed in my phone for future need. I work a job where I deal with a lot of people who've been in MVA's- handling insurance, etc- but they tend to need their cars fixed too and I always refer to CBW- even if they live in Tacoma! Give my thanks to whomever it was who fixed my car last month please!
