Central Body Works, Inc. has been family owned and operated since its inception in 1958. Founded by Roy Thorsen, it has evolved from a classic “body shop” working on Studabaker’s and Buick’s to a “high tech” collision shop repairing just about all types of foreign and domestic cars.

   From 1958 to 1967 Central Body occupied the top two floors of what is now a day surgery center run by The Everett Clinic located on the corner of Pacific & Rucker. In 1967 we moved across the intersection to the Southwest corner into a building that was formerly occupied by Klein Ford. In 1972 Central Body moved across the alley into a brand new building built exclusively for an auto body collision repair shop. With over 12,000 square feet of shop, Central Body is one of the largest, most well established shops in the Northwest.

   We are a full service collision repair center focusing on handling your insurance claim. Central Body Works is a “Direct Repair” shop for many different insurance companies:
