Do you work on my kind of car?

A.
We work on most domestic and foreign cars with a few exceptions such as
Jaguar’s, Porsche and other exotic makes. Generally we work on cars ten years
or newer but look at each vehicle on a case-by-case basis. If parts are
available and the vehicle is in good shape we will probably work on one that is
as old as fifteen years.

Do you do custom work or complete paint jobs?

No. We specialize in working with insurance companies to restore your vehicle
to its pre-loss condition.

Do you have a written guarantee on your work?
|

A.
Yes, for as long as you own your car. In fact, if we repair your car under an
insurance company’s direct repair program, they will also guarantee the
repairs, should you move out of the area etc…

What is a “DRP”?
|
|
A.
A DRP is a “direct repair program” set up by insurers to help streamline claims
processing. These programs give the customer freedom to go directly to the
shop, get an estimate and schedule repairs. Most programs have some sort of
electronic communication set up with the shop so they can view the estimate and
photos almost immediately.

Do you work with my insurance company?

A.
We work with all the insurance companies. We have DRP relationships with many
of the insurance companies (about us); if yours is not one of them we can still
fix your vehicle with little effort on your part. Just let us know who your
company is so we can assist you.

Q.
Do you use Original Equipment Parts?
|
A.
We use OEM parts every opportunity we get. Most insurance companies require the
use of LKQ (like, kind & quality) on vehicles two years or older when they are
available. If in the event the parts are available but not of like, kind &
quality, we will not use them.
